My Nightmare

It was a busy morning. Woke up late today and running around to finish the daily chores before I leave home for office. Cooked food for all and packed my lunch box. Got dressed and prayed God before leaving home. Kept my purse and lunch bag in my scooter dicky and left for office. I was late already!

Driving the scooter on the usual route to office, I saw your vehicle and noticed you at the intersection. Was wondering💭 when did you return. And felt like stumbled into something. Then realised that my scooter has dashed with another vehicle and I am falling down. My helmet flew away and I was on the road, lying in blood.

Saw your smiling face going away from me through the half closed eyelids. It felt so peaceful and calm. Smelled like lavender and sandalwood. Now my eyes were closed, it was dense dark but the feeling was serene.

Then came two strong arms taking, probably carrying me somewhere. Again I got drowned in to the serenity of nothingness.

And then it started, my ears were aching again. The alarm was ringing🔔🔔🔔
