My Lost But Favorite Dress

When I was seven

I had my favorite dress

which was the smile that I owned

the one I wore without stress.

It was the one

I showed it to the world.

It was very precious to me as

the emerald.

It was my favorite and

I won’t live without it.

It was attached to me

and was of perfect fit.

Soon it fades away but

I still wear it for the world outside

while no one knows that

my dress has rotten from inside.
