My Longingness

I waited—have waited—for almost a decade,

Yet my love for you stayed, like a devotee.

I’ve lived through years with nothing

But your laughter echoing in my memory.

Without you, I lost the courage to face the light—

as man lived, ‘ve forget to breath,

I remembered the day we first met,

You led me to the World I’d never dare to dream of

But now, that world is gone.

With dear, my days without dear are like

Rooms filled with emptiness, lifeless.

I lament to friends—

But they, too, drift away, one by one.

Now I’m like a child, who’ve lost his path

Clutching our memories, afraid to let go

Moments we laughed,

Moments we shared.

But now, your beautiful image

Begins to fade from my mind,

And so, dear, I must apologize—

I can’t wait any longer,

as I’ve made up my mind...

We’ll meet again,

After my last day.
