“I’m Beautiful”

My Beauty is my pride

I always hold it upright

My beauty is in my mind

Sometimes I need to hide

When someone admires my beauty

And complements that I look pretty

My reply to them is that its exactly their hearts reflection

I’m the creation not perfection

You have a beauty in your eye

That’s why you sparkle in the sky

I’m indeed gifted by the creator

my mother is the coordinator

she has traced her beauty in me,

in my heart ,soul and gesture.

This poem beautifully conveys the idea of inner beauty and self-pride, blending external appreciation with the deeper essence of who we are. It expresses that true beauty isn't just about physical appearance but also about the mind, heart, and soul. The acknowledgment of the creator and mother as part of the beauty’s origin is a lovely touch, reflecting a deep connection to one’s roots and spiritual self. The use of "heart's reflection" emphasizes the reciprocal nature of beauty, where admiration is based on how others perceive and connect with one's inner qualities.
