Ever wondered why the moon captivates your gaze,
It’s silvery glow soothing you in so many ways?
Is it because it stands there, intimate and alone,
A luminous mystery, unreachable, yet known?
In its silent glow, do you find a voice more clear,
Than the bustling chatter of those standing near?
Though distant and far, it speaks to your soul,
Understanding your depths, making you whole.
The moon, the night’s crown, a jewel that gleams,
An idol on the dark stage, weaving your dreams.
Could it be a messenger, a beacon in the night,
Guiding you gently with it’s soft, unwavering light?
Every evening, no matter how far you roam,
The same moon watches, reminding you of home.
Perhaps it holds memories in its gentle embrace,
A silent archive of time, etched upon its face.
As the years drift by and you grow older, The moon remains, a calm, faithful shoulder.
A reminder to stay hopeful, to be brave, To welcome each change, to learn, to save.
Life is a journey, from void to completeness,
A dance with the moon, in all its phases and sweetness.
It teaches us to shine through the darkest night,
To embrace our own cycles, to find our own light.
