Mom And Dad

By Jessica Williams

You are my mom and dad

The best thing I ever had

You took my side and never left

If you know the joy I just felt

You made me fly, feel so free

Took me high, took care of me

You took me in your arms

Were always by my side

Protected me from flames

And the evils of the world

So I thank you very much

For everything you’ve done

I love you very much

For the love and fun
