Mind The Gap!

They said mind the gap,

Oh! You never know,

You shouldn’t have stopped,

Shouldn’t have cared,

Shouldn’t have looked,

Should have drove away,

Shouldn’t mind the gap,

But still, there are people waiting for your downfall,

But still look at her,

Sewing poems from their words that broke her,

Look at her smiling at her pain,

While people are waiting for her to fail,

They never know how much she broke,

They never saw her at her worst,

But yet want her downfall,

They don’t know her strength,

She fills the paper with her ink,

She is strong,

So much that the people cannot stand,

They bow down before her,

Strong to run through storms,

Strong enough to pick her broken self-up always,

Strong enough to heal someone when she is bleeding,

But hey! She chose to live,

She did mind the gap!,

Because if she didn’t,

She couldn’t see the fallen faces of those people,

She couldn’t die knowing she couldn’t prove them wrong,

She couldn’t die knowing people were happy of her death,

But hey! She chose to live,

She chose to live and hurt them by living,

She chose to live and prove them wrong,

She chose live and make them suffer,

That would be her revenge,

So yes! She did mind the gap!........
