This sculpture shows how much trash each person creates in a small period of time, is made from wrappers of items consumed by me over 5 months. These items are considered ‘trash’ but are memories to me. I save clothing tags, wrappers, bottles, milk cartons in an effort to reduce my own waste. I complete the installation by playing with light to create shadows.

Medium- Wire Mesh, Wire, milk cartons, clear thread, hair braiding Yarn, Candy Packaging, beach sand, yarn, tins, used items and trash collected from products consumed over 5 months
