midnight light dances across the blinds

studding the windowsill with stars

they come from the seas of space

swimming for lightyears

searching for open hearts

they find her

at the edge of the universe

weaving constellations into stories

spilling every planet's secret

she has seen the souls of black holes

and come out blinding

she has travelled across galaxies

and left every one shining

she is here, now

with a hand to the glass

catching stars

and keeping them

in her open heart
