Hey, everyone ah I just want to write about the most important but least talked topic that's depression, anxiety, mental health.

You know everyone talks about health n all but only few days about mental health if our mental health gets disturb then boom everything seems fading away, if mental health gets disturbed you just feel that you should make distance from everyone. Today maximum persons are suffering from disturbed mental health if it gets too disturbed then automatically it gets converted to depression that led to many disorders like anxiety, bipolar disorder. And at last it’s too hard to take that thing in mind and they take their last step that's suicide.

Depression is going to be a very serious issue in future

Let's take examples of boys are young age only n from society all boys gets to hear that you are an boy you are not allowed to cry instead be bold and smile always no matter what's you are going through so from small age itself boys hears you are an boy and you are not allowed to cry. And if a girl cry then it's okay, like everyone says he's smiling he doesn't have any tension and if he cry then they say look he's crying he is not a man and if a girl cry then everyone asks her what happened she's suffering and she's struggling a lot.

And ya at night each and every one crys a lot, no matter what they say in day at night we sees your real face. And you know what we live in a society where boy's depression doesn't matter much but if girls suffering from it then woo she gets treated as a queen. Ok I agree that boys are strong but we are also humans we also have feelings we can also cry we also gets depression n all. It’s just a humble request to all that please don't judge any person without knowing his/her past n all please.
