Memories

Like a scratch etched in stone,

Some memories have a life of their own,

Pop up when you least expect them to,

Try as hard, can't forget them too,

Some fill the soul with dread,

Spirits and ghouls, rising from the dead,

Some are pure and sweet as honey,

Free the mind from all agony,

Some a little bitter and sour,

Don't allow them to make you dour,

Total recall is a gift in all,

Use it wisely; don't let it be your downfall.
