Melancholy

Disgruntled, Lost

Without hope

Just churning out for the sake of life

Day in and day out

I guess a state of melancholy

Even Estrogen can’t bring you out

A Day

Morning walk done

Studied well

Worked out like a hell

Food into the gut

Then why and how

At dusk, this despair chained me up

Mind says run, run, run

From what

From these spooky thoughts

But where

Take me, where no one is there

Does a place like that even exist?

That’s the gist

Help! Help!

It shouts loud

Is no one up there in the clouds?

How come no one was around?

A dejected heart says no one cares

Mind replies why one should care

C’mon these are appalling thoughts

Creep inside your soul

Break you one at a ball

Going to sleep

But she us nowhere around

Trying to catch up with the sun

Not even a single motivation grounds

It seems like you are on a loop

You trying very hard to come out of that hoop

Only good thing is that it happens not so often

What if?

Stop! Stop! Stop!

Chills ran in the place of blood

When this will end

A just question

My body, soul, and mind are tired now

They declined to push it further like a roadside cow

It deserves happiness, laughs, smile, peace, and satisfaction

Just even a peace can make up for the gratification

And will eventually lead to the emancipation.
