Measure of Love

Updated: Jul 12, 2025

By Shriyam Shukla

The wishes left over in my mind

It Is precious to reach your heart.

The wishes to see you happy all the time

Fulfill my warm desire, even in the darkest times.

The darkest times become easy for me

When you smile all out at me.

The language of your smile

Defeats my fears for a while.

The fear of losing you makes me cry;

It pounds my heart unbearably high.

The pounding of my heart when I hold your hands

Describes the commitment written in heaven's plans.

The mathematician inside me cannot calculate

The length of our love, destined by fate.
