Mansion Of Thoughts

Creaking sound from the lack of oiling in the hinges of the door

An impotent entity, you can stomp all over the floor

A painting on the wall to the left, feel free to explore

A huntress with arrows in her own back asking people for more

Not really one to boast, I don't want to flex

It's a mind screaming saviour complex

Talk to me, I'm the heiress

A mansion painted with colours of distress

I got duties to follow,

It got me feeling hollow

And I can't help but plan to run

I can't think of a single one

Who felt effortlessness is a myth

They keep yelling

Maybe I'm not listening

Wait, I'm still in the denial hall

Let's go to the basement and watch the serpents crawl

Seven deadly sins from hell, the devil named them there

The hold they have over me is what I fear

But I want to let them go, set them free

Replace it all with divinity

The address is what you seek

Come around and I'll give you a peek

A trip down memory lane

This mind has not been the same

I can diminish the broken architecture

And always reconstruct again !
