Make-Believe Battlefield

You created a battlefield on that playground

The swings were the cannons

The stairs were a jail but the slide was a trap for all those who dared to tried to escape

You created all the rules all the weapons

You held all the power

I had no choice but to fight but all I had were my small fists

You held the daggers, the guns

Yet you would never kill despite my cries

For you the best part of war was the torture and the power

You probably forgotten my name by now

But if you were to remember me

You probably only rember the way I cheated

The way I created my own weapon

At first I believed it was all in self defense

But I couldnt help but remeber how much fun it was to see you in pain

For I created a poison all for your name

It took a long time at that to take full effect

But each drop slowly pushed you over the edge

Each stab each bruise you gave me

I waited

Because if I were to die on this make belive battlefield you were goung to hell with me.
