Janam mujhe meri maa ne diya,

Par zindagi mujhe mere papa se mili.

Bada mujhe meri maa ne kiya,

Par samajhdaar mujhe mere papa ne banaya.

Zindagi ek baar milti hai,

Ye mujhe meri maa ne bataya.

Par uss zindagi ko jeena,

Mujhe mere papa ne sikhaya.

Mujhe chalna meri maa ne sikhaya,

Par sambhalnaa sikhaya mere papa ne.

Sahaaraa mujhe meri maa ne diya,

Par saath humesha papa ne.

Zindagi me pareshaaniyan bhi aati hai, ye maa ne bataya.

Par unn pareshaaniyon se ladna,

Mujhe mere papa ne sikhaya.

Meri uljhane meri maa ne kam ki,

Aur khushiya mujhe mere papa se mili.
