Love Yourself Dearly

Dwindling between

Acceptance and rejection,

Diligence and negligence 

As I crossed two scores

I realised it's oneself

That you must respect.

Otherwise, this world 

Will never be yours.

You might walk 

Alone in a crowd

Yet not feel lonely

And this will come true

Once you love 

Yourself dearly.

In a lifetime

You must hold 

On to the strength 

Of surviving by yourself.

As you see

You have arrived alone,

You can choose

And leave like the same.
