'Love' is not just a four-letter word ; it's an emotion that is just meant to be felt through the heart.
My love I feel you in the daytime when the sun's rays are shining on me.
My love I feel you when I am freshening up, seeing your shadow following me in every step.
My love I see your blurry face on the steamed mirror in my bathroom.
My love I see you sitting right next to me, eating off my spoon at breakfast.
My love I see you smile beautifully when I am getting ready for the day.
My love I see you standing behind the window, waving me goodbye.
My love I feel your presence when I am listening to love songs ; it reminds me of our times.
My love I smile even when I am at work, as you are on my mind all the time.
My love I called out your name in public, hoping you could be there.
My love I see our favourite photo in the sun during twilight.
My love I see you standing at the door, waiting to welcome me home.
My love I see you arranging the table for dinner.
My love I see you sleeping beside me on the bed at night.
My love I see you in dreams at night and also in the mornings.
My love, the love I have for you is infinite ; the only thing that will depart us is death, and I hope when we die, we do so in each other's arms.
I wish to have my first and last memory of yours be the same.

‘I can’t wait for your next piece, whenever it might come’
The progression of the poem, from daytime reflections to dreams at night, captures the continuity of love throughout the day. The declaration of an infinite love, bound only by death, is both poignant and heartfelt. The wish for a last memory together in each other's arms adds a touching and romantic conclusion. The poem beautifully captures the depth and constancy of love in everyday moments.
