Lost Worlds

Books are something to get lost into

And you can choose your own world,

Maybe Fantasy?

Where I’m the queen,

Fighting for the magical kingdom,

Whilst looking for my King,

The palace of our dreams

Stands tall and gleams

The citizens of our kingdom,

Celebrating the victory.

Or maybe Thriller Crime?

Where I’m the detective,

Looking for hints and clues,

Searching for the killer,

Through dark and dreaded routes

Getting witnesses

While I deal with my enemies

The dark alleys, the suspense

It’s all worth it.

Maybe even sci-fi

Where I have no limit

As to where to travel,

One day I’m fighting Asurans of Andromeda galaxy,

While the next, I’m having a party on Adoni.

The technology that no one can imagine currently

Or maybe a world that has no end

Or a life full of Adventures

Books are something to get lost into,

Will you give me company?
