Lines:

We must stand at two ends of a single line

Then only we can ever talk

We must stand at two ends of a line

that is all I must say

If you could hold a thought and keep it still

Then I would forget your name

Just so you could teach me again

If you could grasp the world within a single touch

Then I wouldn't know a single thing

And I would be happy as it is

We must stand at two ends of a single line

That must be the way it is my dear

And then years would pass

Maybe the line may grow shorter

Or larger still

Years would pass and I would cross

Another world I hope you'd never see

So If you would stare at the clouds from the ground

Then where could I stare but at you?
