Like The Touch of Rain

And when the clouds were heavy, our feelings filled the sky, thoughts became oppressive and it started to rain, the petrichor of the damp wet soil glading along the soft welcoming wind surged through me. I was in my leisure shape glancing aimlessly at the wall pondering what this aliveness has in hold for me. Evocative times give the impression to adapt presently not long before just to escape this tedious animate-ness. The scent from the blossom of the trees wafted out adroitly over the houses along the street. The gentle taps of droplets on the roof with a roaring thunder, downpouring together reminds me of the fearful little girl I once was who'd hide under the sheets in a thought to escape the thunder roll. Little did she know that wishing to grow up would leave her blaming her own self for now she was in a woe of desolation. But eventually I calibrated, with myself and my mind. It now feels like the sea, don't know how deep it might be but gaping down I realised I found comfort in this pelting rain but something about this deluge was different to explain.
