“Lifetime”

We made it love, after countless storms we made it

Now we get to see the sunshine every waking morning

Without a shed of regret and suffering.

A life of growth, happiness, and peace

I shed a tear knowing you'll always be near

I look into your eyes I see the woman who'll always be by my side.

I'll always look after you even if we're apart

For the man who chose to love you will never depart

Hoping you'll still keep me knowing there's no chance of us being together at heart.
