Life As I See

Eyes re-play,

every frame you are placed in

Every game you ace in

Every tear in your attire

To every glory you are show-cased in.

It never fails to lay out every inch of failure you wore every day  once upon  a time,

That was the very prelude In your hay days and prime.

With,

Every wear beneath the darn.

The constant peddling sound of life day in and day out like that of a sewing machine

From dusk to dawn,

One endlessly swallowed the pain of void with a choking lump every single harrowing night,

Woke up with an acute sense of worth and a fiery spirit to fight.

Moon followed suit to be your spotlight, place your dais to share stories of fall and rise with fervour and spright.

Every dream  pushes you to build a unique layer of gumption.

To fail miserably and  to spring back vehemently leaving behind every conceived assumption.

Though swam far and wide,

Sank deep and emerged mightier than the tide;

Yet the voyage was far from over.

The whirlpool brought you atop and you had  to hover,

Navigating amidst  menacing impediment,

Manoeuvring  every single unpleasant sentiment,

Glided and reached the shore.

Just, when experiencing a little calm,

Felt a nudge,

For no reason or grudge.

The hounding shark which spotted you afar, now spear heads you closer to death.

Fatal hurdles crossed you making you question your faith,

Yet ,sat on the waves floating to seek the shore

Recollecting the thunderous storms you bore,

One wades  through rough waters

Basking in all that mind gathers,

Making every sight captured every obstacle and experiences,

Into something worthy of  reminiscences.

Each humiliation, each scar is an ornament you treasure,

It propels you to take off’ from where you dived and crashed, without  leisure.

You become  the poster girl for the choices  you make and not of the miserly compromise.

Life chooses those who can graciously fall from the sky and gloriously rise.
