Life and The Universe Within

Life is a mix of joy and pain,

Of sunny days and endless rain.

A helping hand, a sharp betray,

Both light & dark guide our way.

Ups and downs, we rise and fall,

Moments of triumph & times we stall.

Emotions clash, both fierce and kind,

In the hearts of others & our own mind.

Some bring healing, some bring hurt,

Lessons bloom from life’s rough dirt.

We feel the loss, we taste the gain,

Each moment leaves its stain.

But through it all, the truth is clear:

We came with nothing; there’s nothing to fear.

No treasures to take, no wealth to hold,

We depart as we came, simple and whole.

In this vast creation, so wide and grand,

We’re but a speck, a grain of sand.

Yet in each moment, each breath we take,

The universe within us seems to wake.

No matter what this life may bring,

We’re here to grow and sing.

For all that matters, in the end,

Is peace within and the truth to defend.
