It's annoying when someone

Overtakes you

From the wrong side

You want to curse him

But he is gone, zip zap zoom

Anonymous under a mask

And a helmet.

Yet that is but a small affair

Much bigger events

Leave us behind

More surreptitiously.

First machines, then computers

Zipped past our physical

Our intellectual ability.

We were getting redundant

But were still not there.

But now comes the King

Artificial Intelligence

Frankenstein of our own making

Which could dust us

Into oblivion.

Striking at the last bastion

Of human endeavor:

Creativity

Did you ever wonder if

The much debated and

Hated Corona

Was created in tandem

With the vaccine.

As part of it's

To be continued...

Algorithm.

Yet Zoom

The game changer

Was nothing, a Lozenge

To soothe our throat.

With ChatGPT

Heck what can be said except:

I would rather deal with the biker

Who overtakes me from the left.
