Caption Of Artwork: “Lawsuit” is a mixed-media piece of mostly charcoal, minimal acrylic paint, and real gold leaf used in the background. It depicts the guitar of the same name, which is played by the rhythm guitarist Zacky Vengeance from the band Avenged Sevenfold. The artwork took 106 hours, and was personally gifted to the guitarist in August.

what a subject! an iconically tattooed man with an iconic guitar. and what amazing execution. our eyes are pulled in all kinds of directions as we take it all in. love the use of gold for a catchy but not distracting background. bravo!
