In the increasing growth of the product from right to import and export and reaching the product at the whole global market, have you ever thought that there is any strategy required? The JIT means from the word gives a route map towards the Just in Time by reaching the accurate product without any delays towards the end consumers. Not only at the delivery of the product towards consumers Just in Time is efficiently working out but from the starting means at the accurate time of collection of the raw materials till the output of the product is been dispatched the Just in Time makes a convenient source towards each and every one. The Japanese concept JIT has developed in the global world at the highest extend to meet the maximum delay’s as well as convert the maximum figure of time towards the minimum to garb overall all the things in an accuracy.
JIT flows in a direction towards the Zero Inventory, Zero lead time, Zero delay’s and Zero cost. The performance of the services gets coordinated without easy and conversion of the work is done without adding up any tendency under it. The JIT reduces the seven kinds of different waste under it stated as: Waste of waiting, Waste of Inventory, Waste of making defective products, Waste of overproduction, Waste of transportation, Waste of underutilization of employees, and Waste of motion. To increase the demand in the competitive market nowadays we can see that the current scenario towards in the most leading company is using JIT as their backbone, if there is a strong backbone like JIT then absolutely there would be not any errors or circumstances towards fulfilling the demand of flow of the service from one phase towards another. Ending with a line “Use of strong base requires new skills in the same manner use of strong services requires proper Just in Time approach”.
