Just A Face From Crowd
By Aidén Düffeild
I'm just a face from the crowd she knows.
Lost in the sea of friends and foes.
When she passes by, my heart beats fast, fellings glow.
But to her, I'm just a face from the crowd she knows.
I watch her from a distance far,
My love for her, like a guiding star.
But she never sees, nor knows,
For I'm just a lost face in the crowd she sees.
I dream of moments, just us two,
But to her, I'm just a face she barely knew.
I write her name in secret prose,
My love is like whispers that no one knows.
Unseen, unheard, my love for her grows,
For I'm just a face from the crowd she knows.
In my dreams, I reach out to her,
But in reality, I'm just a blur.
No words will escape from my lips,
No confession made from my fingertips.
In silence, my love quietly flows,
Forever I'm will be just a face she knows.
