It was Love; Now It is Gone

Whenever I see you,

My heart skipped a beat,

I could not help but wonder,

Could this really be love?

Whenever we meet,

My heart skipped a beat,

And I can always feel,

My cheeks will always turn red; like ripped, red fruits.

It is too good to be true for a guy like you,

Could fall for an average girl like me,

I just wish that we could last forever,

As one of the unfortunate souls in love,

My worst nightmare came true.

Falling for you was never a mistake,

There were no regrets have I ever felt for you;

It is time for us to say goodbye and part ways,

And our story will remain a history between us; forever and always.
