like waves on the shore,

Trust not the tides that 

sway and shift,

but within thy self

The storms may rage and abate, 

but you hold the will to set 

yourself free,

For your journey is yours to pursue.

Oh, weary sailor,

Guard yourself from those tides

that seek to do you harm,
