It’s The Drawings For Me.

It’s the steady grip on the instrument in the artist’s hand. The concentration that the silent technique demands. It’s the new, clear, surface on which the drawing is placed. The sharper the instrument, the less need to erase. It’s the use of a light hand to avoid any damage. Too much pressure can permanently destroy the image. It’s the colors on the easel; the brown, the red. Drawing with silver really makes the color spread. It’s the feeling of despair felt in the end within. That we destroyed yet another part of our skin. The drawing is done now. We’re out of danger. But just like an easel, we’ll get some more paper.
