Infinity

By Sharon Michelle Upputuru

the birds chirping

pirched up in the canopy

their squeaks and their croaks

making their very own symphony

the wind heaving

joining in on the

drunken cacophony

the sky its audience

the leave its clavier

the carpet of grass its lyrical sheet

the words humming together

with a foreseen epiphany.

a breath leaving me

and i lose myself to innity
