Increased Youth Suicides

Suicide does not happen overnight and is not an immediate decision. The cause of suicide is because of high expectations and thus disappointment. Suicide is a decision taken in an environment where the mind is not mature enough to accept disappointment. In other words, suicide is sown by our existing relationships. And due to bad relationship patterns and habits, I don't know what to do next and I feel suicidal.

The idea of suicide sows the seed of hope in the mind. When that seed sprouts into a poisonous plant. Unable to bear the disappointment, the final stage of depression is suicide.

And our doctors tell many reasons for the increase in suicide among the youth and they are 1. Incorrect eating habits 2. Food-related physical work is gone 3. Increasing alcohol, tobacco, drugs 4. High-speed vehicle movement 5. A society that has changed that only money is important. 6. Dangerous fake medical propaganda spreading among the youth. 7. Intolerance of failures in studies, competitive examinations of students, job opportunities etc. Say that suicides come in many ways.

As Thiruvalluvar says in Thirukkural to avoid suicidal thoughts, one should travel the mind on the path of virtue. That means we must discipline our mind like the Greek word called ethics. The following actions should be removed: 1.Anger 2.Greed 3.Jealousy 4.Harsh words Remove all these and instead concentrate the mind and make the mind travel on the pure path such as spirituality, yoga, breathing exercises, philosophy training.

If you don't get too attached to anything in this world then the brain can't bear the disappointment and as a result suicidal thoughts arise in the mind. your If you lower your high expectations on one , you will not be disappointed and suicidal thoughts will not appear. Without needing the strong iron-like mind of man, the body and life are rusting, melting, dull and dying. It is their self-effort to keep the mind always pure.
