In My Sleep!

Closures support us!

In the times when we need a beginning.

The prayers, the faith, the surrender

Is there even someone listening?

War, fight, death, blood

Hey! You are there in life’s Clutch.

The paper clips, the staplers, the sticky glue

In reality, there is no clue.

Temple, lights, positivity and aura

Most definitely, you can't find these things on Sephora.

Ink when leaks,

Flood, it feels

Both makes you question, why?

One fates the geography of the Earth,

While the other destroys the work with millions of worth.

Time, clock, tick-tick-tick-tick

Yes, that's anxiety, that clicked.

Fear, dark, shadow, pain,

That's the one you gain!

Facetious thoughts, Lingering lots.

Well, one I'll let go,

Cinderella was not the one.

Who lost the cause

What if she was not the naive, sincere lad

But portrayed to be the one

To get the expensive king

I bet, it was all a sting.

Sting, Fling, Tring-Tring,

The phone rings,

Hello! Ma'am. I am here at your house.

 Should I ring the bell?

I wonder, Who That was

Is it the King?

Am I Cinderella?

With a pondering heart.

I opened the gate,

My king is finally here

It was a long wait!

Oh! What a behold,

A delivery man

With pasta in his hand

It will be 250 ma'am with a 5-star rating and I'll be going;

My tears started flowing

You are not my king,

This is a helmet, not a crown!

Oh! Yes, I frowned!

Delivery man got scared and finally he said,

Keep the money and the ratings,

I can't be late

 My Cinderella is waiting.

A scanty voice from far Along,

Wake up! my child,

“God, is that you?”

“Yes! I have been listening all through”

“Remember” he said

“The closure......” at the beginning

Child you slept,

While you were surrendering.

It's finally time to rise

Never compromise,

Work hard in the beginning and

there will be a closure of success at the end

I finally

Woke up from my dream,

saw myself in the mirror,

I am not Cinderella

I am just a woman.

 I screamed!
