If You Love Me

I'd tell you if the sky was pink,

I'd walk to you if you didn't mind me being

where you are and want to go;

I'd walk fast, and I'd walk slow,

If you'd let me know

If you love me.

I'd hold tight and I'd let go

When you said wait or said let's roll,

I'd fly across If only I could

And jump across an ocean, I would;

If you'd let me know

If you love me.

The sun sets every single day,

Doesn't mean it doesn't rise the very next day;

We've been together and for long

It's never been weak, it's been so strong.

The flying bird has to land on the earth to rest

Love knows no boundaries at its best.

I'd try to make a nest for two,

Only if you'd let me know, if you love me.

A free man doesn't fall prey to his mind

Walks alone if a need does arise,

Dances to the tunes of love

That resonate in his heart, all above.

The good guy gets to eat the cake

And rest in peace for he knows he has made no mistake.

I'd walk to you and tell you more,

If talk is what you want for sure.

Only if you'd let me know

If you love me.

Across space and across time we go,

Across the skies and peaks of snow;

We could to so many places together go,

If you’d let me know,

If you'd only let me know, 

If you love me!
