If Tomorrow Starts Without Me!

If tomorrow starts without me,

Know that I'm forever gone, yet cradled in your heart,

Where I've always belonged.

Perhaps a deceiver, a betrayer for breaking vows that I made,

Promises to shield your heart...

Shield it from the illusions this world creates...

About love, laughter, and a life that exists only in dreams...

All fake, a lie as it seems...

Or maybe I was simply paralyzed by fate,

As "forever" was never meant to be eternal...

It was merely a journey to the final page...

A happy ending? Or a tale held on a cliffhanger?

Know that I spent me all to borrow the life I have always desired,

To write a tale that will be told forever,

To write a tale that will be forever admired.
