If i had 9 lives

I’d spend the first one makings mistakes, I’ll live long but will have heart aches. In that life i will choose the wrong paths, Quick decisions without any aftermath.

For my second one i will be kinder, I’ll be simple and loving and maybe better. I’ll not think of me but others

Live a life spreading some colours.

Next one will be for my mother,

I’d love to make her my daughter. I’ll hold her hands & braid her hair She’ll get the deserving good care.

Fourth one will be life of fulfilment I’ll be stronger and wiser and independent I’ll be a traveler and a wanderer

And my life’s own narrator.

Fifth life will be for travelling again, As the world is big and life was short then. But now i’d rather listen to people’s stories Laugh a few laughs and sip more coffees.

I’ll work in a jazz bar for sixth life I’ll randomly slip deep advices with a smile. I’ll adopt a dog or two

Music & my dogs will only help me through.

My seventh life will be with my girls The one full of bows and swirls and twirls Our home will be closer to the ocean The world will seem softer and lighter.

I’ll yet again dedicate my eighth life to art As I’ve realised thats all in my heart But for this life i’d rather be alone I’ll read some books and remain unknown.

My final life will be with my lover

In this life I’ll realise i’ll need no other. In his arms he will put me to sleep While i sigh out my final breath. -P
