I Suffocated For You

I would suffocate to let you breathe

I'll drain my blood if that's what you need

It doesn't matter. The pain I'd feel

Because your smile is the sweetest remedy 

On a metal table

I lay so vulnerable, so naked

My emotions on display

For you to tamper with, 

You never mean to hurt me

Maybe that's why every part of me aches

Because your holy skin just grazed mine

Burning me from outside and in

Peeling away at my skin

Give me a choice, but I'd do it all over again

My ego is fragile, 

Consequences to everyone, 

My head so derailed

You would never see me on my knees

But if god ever gave me a choice 

Be the hero or the villians they hate in ancient history 

I would choose you to breathe 

If the cost is all of humanity

But we'd have a life 

The answer is me, because my heart beats for you

Pease let them remember me

As a devoted woman in love

The only one who died voluntarily 

This time I'm not getting color back

Into my skin, 

wake from the dead

By the holy touch of anyone's healing

Your tear falls on my broken boned body

They gave me the most painful form of passing

You'll softly close my lifeless eyes

You defined pretty and big

Hiding pain that no one could describe 

I smile, because you get to breathe
