I'm Scared

By Aden Maloney

I’m scared of letting myself love you

I don’t even know if I do but someday, I think I will

All the joy that does fill as we sit and you're in my arms I feel as though nothing can do us harm

But this alarm sounds in my head

Scared it won’t last scared you'll just be a part of my past
