I Know

I know it’s too early;

To be speaking like the groom,

I know…

But just like the moon;

I fell in love,

Upon the first glimpse 

of your glow.

I know its too early;

To be speaking to you.

As if I'm the Father of your son,

Of Course…

But just like the sun;

I fell in love,

The moment I felt your warmth.

I know it’s too early;

To say:

I love You.

But it flows from my mouth so easily.

You need not reply,

You need not even be there;

For when I say:I love You.

It’s not a statement;

It’s a prayer.
