I Hate Mirrors

I Hate Mirrors

I hate mirrors.

I hate them for they exist,

For the thing they mean.

I hate the mirror.

They always break my delusions.

They kill my visions of love.

I hate pictures.

They show me, every time.

They capture me.

I hate images.

They always serve their purpose.

They show my face

I hate the world.

The water with reflection,

the light that helps their creation,

the world that made it possible

I hate me.

For the way I look,

the lips, the precursors of everything that ruins,

the voice that comes when I speak,

It carries words, my minds projection,

As a wrathful flamethrower, it burns,

Everything in my life-until it consumes even the littlest smiles.

The eyes, dead in as they pierce my soul

My hair- never enough to hide the hidden in my eyes.

The one said to be the door to soul.

How, the window flaunts to the world, their victory.

My death inside me, the dreadful body.

A sacrifice of worth nothing, it dies.

Why is it me.

I wish, no one hears my whispering

As I speak, of me.

"Let me go", as I speak,

Wishing someone is there to stop me.

Please.
