I Did What I Had To Do

I did what I had to do,

Clouds darkened, sun hid, birds stopped chirping,

Owls hooted, wolves howled, trees became fierce,

Nature writhed, earth shaked;

On the inside was great turmoil, outside was at upheaval.

The heavens poured, the land soaked;

But I did what I had to do!!!

I did what I had to do,

The tides roughed, the shore broadened;

The waves rose, the coast washed,

The water sundered, the sands cleaved;

Winds gushed through the dark woods, screeching all through the night;

The bottom cracked and the sky ablaze;

But Again, I did what I had to do!!!

I did what I had to do,

The matter within melted, the core crushed;

The surface above cracked, the air warmed up,

The land shook, falling apart piece by piece;

Erupting and bleeding, flowing fiercely,

And Yes, I did what I had to do!!!
