Husband material

I want a man that is obsessed with me

not creepily, but down on one knee

someone who pursues me, even after death do us part

someone who chooses me right from the start

Not a man who is unsure

who has issues with no cure

not a man in his feminine energy

that waits for me to text first, joke of the century!

A man loyal, patient and kind

where I can have peace of mind

the arms where I can break down and cry

the apple of his eye

I don’t want a man who yells and throw the door

and see helping around the house as a chore

who can’t properly communicate

and make me suffocate

I want a man consistent and resolute

deeply planted into his roots

respect for family and me, above all

the man who sees me for me, doesn’t let me fall

Not a man unethical and lazy

someone who creates a storm in my already existent crazy

I don’t want some nonchalant malarkey

and don’t have an imperceptive power hierarchy

The man who is soft and gentle

ticks all the boxes of a parental

honest, hardworking and full of care

understanding, and always fair

I want my husband to be a hopeless romantic

full of surprises and funny tricks

I want him to be himself without a mask

and a lot of humor even if I don’t ask

I want above all, a man who puts God first

that doesn’t have his roles reversed

someone with a deep understanding of my being

and when things get tough, doesn’t start fleeing

For me that is perfect husband material

even if it might sound a little bit to ideal.

I am not going to settle for less

it is going to take a real man to impress.
