How Do you Learn Happiness?

By Sakshi Rawat

Stars the moon And the world is quite She sits at the window Wearing the moonlight Looking up to the sky With a universe in her mind She knows sadness up close That has made her kind I think I heard her mumble Saying something to the moon Is she asking questions Is she telling lies Or is finally being honest With the things on her mind

I think it is in her bones Craved with a stone Unhappiness and pain With a heart screaming In complete silence "How do you learn happiness?" "How do you unlearn sadness?" She asks with tears in her eyes.

She is tried of everything

She said, and yet she tries

The girl who is dying inside

But tells the world she is fine

I no longer hear any mumble

Maybe she fell asleep crying.

And when the sun will shine

She will act like nothing is wrong

She is just really good at lying.
