How Did I Fall In Love?

Updated: Jul 15

By Vrunda Sakure

I would like to be a poem for once,

Thinking this I wrote one for you

But forgot you weren’t me.

The most cherishing soul I ever met

Was also the most ungrateful one.

I gave you the best of my heart

Thinking you were the admirer of art.

You made me laugh in the world,

I feared to smile in

I don’t want your sweet memory to turn in a bad dream

I used to live in my own fantasy world,

While you loved the world outside more,

Saying that is more beautiful and realist.

Off course,

Cause if this would be a fantasy you did be here by now.
