In trance my mind I’m hiding in shadows,

My thoughts bind a struggling desperado.

Its dark, it crushes the soul inside me,

My eyes close but hope shines brightly.

It lightly pulls me up, it kindly puts me down,

It blindly Loves me much and proudly hangs around.

It's the only one i have in this lifetime of sins i have done,

My lifeline is over but the bright side is ‘the end is where it all began’.

It points me to a eternity in peace but i don’t take it,

Im kinda attached to the darkness i can't fake it,

On stake is my soul,i'll call the shots but i won't make it,

Whatever happens I'll embrace it. I'm a man and I might as well face it.

I'll be doomed to a underworld where demons fight,

I'll be locked in a room where there is nothing but light.

And inside i can't see my shadows, i can't see myself,

For it feels as if I am the darkness and now I can tell.
