Hoping Hope

These days,

making my bed gives me hope

simply washing my face gives me hope

taking a long bath gives me hope

These weeks,

eating a bit more healthier gives me hope

sweating a more harder gives me hope

sleeping a bit more gives me hope

crying my heart out ,then sobbing and accepting

bursting my anger ,then frustrating and shrinking

glooming in laughter , then smiling and cherishing

these things give me hope

These days and weeks are hard for you and me

Remember, this will pass so let it be

Shall hope is that continues

Let’s hope for hope

For hope is the boat to the other shore.
