Home Is Not A House!

By Rifa Tasfia

Home is not a house

built of cement and iron.

However…

Home is somewhere you can

go whenever you are afraid.

Home is somewhere you can

go whenever you feel lonely.

Home is somewhere your heart

belongs to.

But the truth is also that,

Home is someone who makes

you feel valued.

Home is someone who makes

you feel loved.

Home is someone who opens

their arms and take you in

while giving you a sense of

safety and happiness.
