His Siren Eyes Pt.2

By Kuru

His siren eyes captured me so bad,

Lies, lies, lies was all he said.

Deeper, deeper and deeper, I fell.

The words comin' out his lips

Were too true to be bad.

Does it matter?

How, what has happened now?

With my broken soul

I'm laying down

On the couch

We bought for our apartment

This new year, around.

Why did all that we had,

Have to be fake?

Those smiles he passed

Silly jokes he cracked

Empty without him?

No, not at all.

But I've been wonderin'

Up until now.

What if I spoke my bottled up emotions?

Would he stay?

Well that would be great.

"He's like that.

Stop crying and get your shit together",

They all asked me to do such.

To play a part

In his supposed act

Why couldn't they say the same to him?

Maybe cause,

They don't have the courage to deal with an— Egoistic Male
