Heart.Mind.Soul

Here’s the thing about mind, heart, and soul.

Never fully trust your mind, for it lives upon what we feed it. And we for one sure knows that we do not feed it all well; intentionally or unintentionally. And the thing about the heart is that it is full of emotions hence tricky; for it is complicated. It houses so much that it is blinding, as is nature. Blindingly leading us, but again blindly too. Which is not safe at all times. But the soul. There is something about the soul that is whole. Like it just senses anything that is not right; especially when the mind and the heart fails. And it gives us an instance, a strong sense of conviction that holds us. With the soul, it is beyond. It feels like it is not sourced from our powers but yet again something also that is from within us. The soul is pure. It is in the truest form.

But misjudge me not on this note because all these three- mind, heart, and soul- equally stands and are equally powerful. None can go about without the other. It is bounded by each other and is sustained by each other.

For you believe (with your mind)

That you trust (with your heart)

Your soul above all.
